We have been manufacturing aluminum trainers since 1992 and are completely devoted to producing the highest quality trainers available.

All of our trainers are made one-at-a-time by Bob Burgee. We don’t have a huge factory churning out hundreds of blades per day. What we do have is pride in our work. We’re positive you’ll get a lifetime of use from our products.
All orders are processed by EDGES2, INC. Your payment will be securely processed online. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Paypal.

Orders are processed and shipped from our office in Maryland. We are mail order only and do not allow walk in purchases at our Maryland office.

Returns will be accepted on defective merchandise and replaced immediately. Unopened products may be returned for a refund.

Shipping Information
We normally ship orders via UPS Ground Service. Please do not use PO Boxes if possible. Aluminum Training Blades are shipped as the orders are received. Turnaround times may vary from 2 – 6 weeks or more depending on demand. Please let us know if you have a deadline and we will do everything possible to meet your deadline. We ship via US Mail to Canada and other countries.
**We do not offer instructor discounts or wholesale discounts at this time.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Are your blades sharp?
No, we do not carry any live weapons. We only carry products that have a realistic look and feel and no sharp edges.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Sharkees, NOK Sparring Daggers, and Sheaths are usually in stock and usually ship within 24 hours (unless they are part of an order that includes aluminum blades). It usually takes 2 – 6 weeks for delivery of aluminum trainers. We manufacture to order, and occasionally we have large backorders. If you have a deadline for your order, please let us know and you will go to the top of our work list.
3. Do you have blades with wooden or micarta handles?
We no longer manufacture blades with wooden or micarta handles. We do have rubber and cord grips available.
4. Do you have wholesale programs or school discounts?
We do not have a wholesale program. We do have a volume discount. 20% discount for ordering 10 or more aluminum trainers. You can mix any style of aluminum trainer to qualify for the discount. If you want to order 10 or more aluminum trainers and get the discount, please call 240-338-1610 and your order will be processed offline and we will make sure the discount is applied.

Do you supply the u.k, we have a current sword ban but don’t know if this will effect your blades, any info would be cool, cheers Nicky.
